We accept cash, check, health saving and flexible spending accounts, as well as all major credit cards.

Insurance options:

Second Story is considered "out of network" with all insurance companies. This means that isntead of paying your co-pay, you would pay your hourly rate up front and then file with your insurance company for direct reimbursement. 

Filing with your insurance company is very easy and individuals are typically compensated for 50-80%, depending on your particular insurance. Second Story will provide you with all the necessary paperwork at the end of each month, and the member claim form can be found on your insurance company's website. The form asks for general information about yourself. When you find a section that references your appointments or sessions, simply write in "see attached" and include our documentation. This will have everything you need to be reimbursed!

Cancellations:

We understand that things happen! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make your appointment. If you miss your appointment and fail to notify us, we will bill for the full cost of the session.
