Since experiencing my own struggles, I decided that I wanted to use the tools and techniques that I learned to help others in the best way that I can. I hope to provide an empathetic ear to those who are struggling, and will do my best to provide coping strategies and techniques to all who I work with!

When I'm not working, I enjoy reading, spending time with family or friends, or traveling!

My Approach

I operate out of a Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic Approach.
