Sometimes we need someone to help us put all the parts of our story together and understand what they mean. At other times, we may require support, empowerment, or someone to challenge us. Transitions, difficult relationships, and other stressors may leave us feeling helpless and overwhelmed. My story has motivated me to support individuals and couples who require guidance, motivation, healing, and relief. If any of this resonates with you, I would be interested in hearing your experience. I have a strong enthusiasm for personal growth and self-awareness. Helping clients who struggle with burnout, stress, perfectionism, anxiety, and relationship problems are things I am very passionate about. I am honored to work with you, whether you are seeking immediate assistance or want to take proactive steps to enhance or safeguard your mental health.

When I am not meeting with clients in the counseling office, you can find me in a hammock reading books, listening to podcasts and music, and researching everything and anything. If I am not there, I am probably sharing memes or cleaning something. I also love spending time with my husband and our daughter who we recently welcomed into the world.

My Approach

I support a biopsychosocial approach to therapy that incorporates elements of narrative, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused treatments. Mental, physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and financial wellness are a few aspects of your well being that may be explored. It's my responsibility to support you as you overcome obstacles, strengthen relationships with others, and achieve your goals. Your spiritual and religious practices will be respected, and if it would be helpful, they can be integrated into our sessions.

What you can expect

We will spend the first several sessions getting to know one another, going over the counseling process, and talking about your objectives and how you envision counseling. I believe in taking a collaborative approach, therefore we will work together to understand the worry or concerns that motivated you to seek counseling. By providing empathy, support, and understanding, I want to assist you in facilitating change and empowerment in the face of life's difficulties. Your story has worth and significance. You deserve to have the resources and assistance necessary to tell the greatest narrative you can, and it deserves to be heard.
